We live in doraville and moses came out in the morning and replaced our our old opener with their brand new one put brand new sensors and got us an extra remote. Our garage seems to be working smoother than ever.

SCAM WARNING — PLEASE GET MULTIPLE QUOTES BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY! Moses who said he is the part owner is not trust worthy. I have never been so disappointed or frustrated with a service experience. We hired Moses to replace our garage door opener and were charged $1,275 total. After looking into the cost ourselves, we discovered that the exact opener he installed sells for approximately $230 at Home Depot. That means we were charged roughly $1,000 for labor and installation. When I questioned him about the cost of the part and the labor, he insisted that he was charging us much less than other companies. To make things right, he offered to install a second opener for $475, which made me question even more why we had been charged so much for the first installation. What made this experience even more uncomfortable was his behavior. Moses was extremely pushy about getting a review. He actually took my phone and insisted that I leave a review while he was still there because he was supposedly giving me a discount. He repeatedly apologized for being pushy but continued pressuring me because he needed reviews. I felt uncomfortable and pressured throughout the interaction. Afterward, I contacted three other garage door companies to compare prices. All three quoted me significantly less — approximately half of what we paid — and confirmed that our original bill was considerably overpriced. I strongly encourage everyone to get multiple quotes and research prices before hiring this company. Do not feel pressured to make an immediate decision or leave a review while a technician is standing over you. Take your time, compare prices, and make an informed decision. I cannot speak to other customers’ experiences, but based on what happened to us, I feel we were taken advantage of. As a customer, I expect honest pricing, transparency, and professional service — and that is not how this experience felt. I am leaving this review so other people can avoid the same situation. Please do your research before trusting this company with your money.
